Anyone! Our goal is to have the most fun, diverse run club in Central New York! Whether you are lacing up for the 1st time or a seasoned runner. Our run club is enjoyable for all and FREE! Just show up!

All ages and paces are welcome! Even those just looking for a walk! We have a weekly 30/30 run/walk group as well. This crew warms up with a five minute walk, 20 minutes alternating run/walk at 30 second intervals, and a 5 minute cool down. This is a great way to ease into running!

6pm Wednesdays @ The Sneaker Store: 24 Genesee Street, New Hartford

Because who wants to run alone?? Also, we have some nice perks to go along with the club. All consistent run club members receive a 10% discount anytime they shop at the store!
